سياسة الاسترجاع

نظرًا لطبيعة الخدمات والمنتجات الرقمية المقدّمة عبر موقع anati4marketing.com، والتي تشمل كورسات تدريبية رقمية بالإضافة إلى خدمات متابعة واستشارات (مثل جلسات Zoom)، فإن جميع المبيعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع.

بإتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك تُقر وتوافق صراحةً على ما يلي:

•  أن المنتج عبارة عن محتوى رقمي وخدمة تدريبية يتم توفيرها بشكل فوري أو خلال وقت قصير بعد الدفع.
•  أنه لا يمكن استرجاع أو إلغاء الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الشراء أو بعد تفعيل الحساب أو الوصول إلى المحتوى.
•  أن تفعيل الحساب أو تسجيل الدخول أو مشاهدة أي جزء من المحتوى يُعتبر استخدامًا فعليًا للمنتج، وبالتالي يسقط حق طلب الاسترجاع.
•  أنك قرأت وفهمت كامل تفاصيل الخدمة أو المنتج قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
•  أنك تتحمل مسؤولية قرار الشراء ولا يحق لك المطالبة باسترداد المبلغ بسبب عدم تحقيق نتائج أو توقعات شخصية.
  
  

في حال وجود خلل تقني يمنع الوصول إلى المحتوى، سيتم تقديم دعم تقني لحل المشكلة فقط، دون أي التزام باسترجاع المبلغ.

يُمنع مشاركة الحساب أو إعادة توزيع المحتوى بأي شكل، ويحق للإدارة إيقاف الحساب دون استرجاع في حال المخالفة.

 

Due to the nature of the digital services and training programs provided on anati4marketing.com, which include digital course content and coaching/support services (such as Zoom sessions), all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

•  The product is a digital training program and service that is delivered or activated shortly after payment.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, account activation, or access to the content.
• Any login, account activation, or consumption of content (even partially) is considered full usage of the product and voids any right to a refund.
• You have fully reviewed and understood the product or service details before completing your purchase.
• You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision and acknowledge that results are not guaranteed.
  
  

In case of any technical issue preventing access, support will be provided to resolve the issue. However, this does not entitle the customer to any refund.

Account sharing or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to suspend access without refund in case of violation.
